GB takes great care into thoughtful consumption of wholesome foods (no weird ingredients) you can feel good about putting in your mouth - GOOD IN - GOOD OUT. Our burgers are crafted this way and that way, on a bun or as a bowl, with a side of fries or on top of your fries. 100% USA Grass-Fed beef or vegan (black bean and quinoa), chicken or turkey - pick your protein to please your tastebuds and your body!

Who Knows Grass Best?
We source our 100% USA Grass Fed & Grass Finished Beef regionally from The Mobley Family's  Springerhill Ranch whose values align with ours. Grass-fed cows provide a key source of protein and nutrients for humans. They convert grass into beef, a protein that humans can consume! Grass-Fed is Darn Healthy! These animals are never confined to feed feed lots. They roam free and happy the way nature intended. Taste the Happy!

We’re transparent. We’re approachable. We’re affordable.
People of all ages and dietary preferences are welcome  - for a business lunch, first date, celebration, or night out with the family - even your pup for a burger on the patio!

No gluten, no dairy, no meat. NO PROBLEM.
All bowls, salads, fries and shakes are all gluten-free and we offer a gluten-free bun or lettuce wrap option.  It’s easy be-an vegan - burgers, bowls, salads, fries, and dairy-free vegan shakes using Oatly (oat milk) We change shake flavors up seasonally so you never feel bored. No ho-hum here.

Allergies or preferences?  Our family has them, we know how things can get nutty. GB is nut-free, corn-syrup free and nearly gluten-free (GMO-free potato bun is our one exception). We use GMO-rice bran oil in our fryers.

We’ve evolved.
As GB has evolved into 4 locations over XX years, naturally we’ve changed a few things, but we remain true to our founding vision — a community-driven restaurant serving food we feel good about eating - wholesome, sustainable, ethical, and burgerlicious!  Always and forever, Grass-Fed.
